1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern access to the platform operated under the name Walhash, including its wallet interface, API, addresses, transaction monitoring and webhook services. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms and the current tariffs.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and, when acting for an organisation, authorised to bind it. The service must not be used where prohibited by applicable law.
2. Account and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting passwords, passkeys, two-factor recovery codes, API keys and webhook secrets, and for all authorised activity under your credentials. Notify support promptly if access may be compromised.
- Restrict API keys by scope and permitted IP address.
- Verify destination addresses, assets and networks before submitting a transfer.
- Do not share credentials or bypass platform security controls.
3. Deposits and minimum amounts
Receiving transfers requires the correct asset, address and network. Transaction detection and confirmation depend on the selected blockchain. Transfers to an incompatible network or address may be unrecoverable.
Walhash does not charge a receiving fee or retain transfers below the configured minimum as platform revenue. A below-minimum transfer remains recorded at its full amount.
4. Confirmations, reorgs and balances
Blockchain records may be delayed, replaced or reorganised. A detected transaction is not necessarily confirmed. The displayed transaction status and balance may change as the network confirms or reorganises blocks.
5. Withdrawals, fees and API
Walhash currently charges no service fee for sending or API transfers. Network fees still apply, and transfers must meet any configured minimum shown by the transfer form. Paid subscriptions, optional modules and TRON Energy are separate services described on Pricing.
Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible after broadcast. Idempotency keys prevent accidental duplicate API requests but do not cancel a transfer already signed or broadcast. Estimated network fees and completion times can change with network conditions.
6. Acceptable use and availability
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, malware, unauthorised access, abuse of third parties or disruption of the platform. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, comply with law or investigate abuse.
The service is provided on an availability basis. Maintenance, third-party RPC providers and blockchain networks can cause interruptions. Nothing on the platform is investment, tax or legal advice, and cryptoasset values can change significantly.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the product, tariffs or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service where practical. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. For legal or account questions, use the platform support channel.
