1. Data we process
We process account and contact details, authentication records, security settings, support communications, IP addresses, device and request metadata, API-key restrictions, wallet addresses, labels, balances and transaction records. Public blockchain data is also associated with addresses used through the service.
2. Why we use data
We use data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, monitor addresses and transactions, maintain transaction and service-payment records, deliver webhooks, prevent abuse and improve reliability. Processing is based, as applicable, on the service agreement, legal obligations, legitimate security and operational interests, or consent.
3. Blockchain transparency
Blockchain transactions and addresses are public and may be permanent. We cannot erase or alter information written to a public blockchain. Removing platform data does not remove the corresponding public network record. Avoid placing personal information in address labels or transaction metadata.
4. Sharing and transfers
Data may be processed by infrastructure, email, security, monitoring and blockchain-node providers acting for the platform, and disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and security. Providers receive only the data needed for their function and are subject to appropriate safeguards. Cross-border processing may occur where service providers operate internationally.
5. Retention and security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the account, maintain financial and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, audit records and operational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal data, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Some financial, security or blockchain records cannot be deleted immediately or at all. Requests can be made through platform support; identity verification may be required. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
